I work as a delivery driver, so I understand that orders can sometimes take time, and I always try to be patient and respectful of staff workload. However, during my visit, there were three employees on duty. One was not actively working and was supervising someone else’s child, while another was moving trays with food. I stood at the counter for about fifteen minutes waiting for a very simple order — just ten chicken nuggets. Although staff could clearly see me, no one acknowledged me or asked what I was waiting for. Only after I showed the order on my phone did they check it, and the order was prepared and handed over in about ten seconds. This shows the delay could have been avoided with better attentiveness and communication. I hope management will address staff attentiveness and communication, especially with delivery drivers, as these delays directly affect delivery times and the overall customer experience. Thank you for your attention.
