They have a lot of college students working there, and I don’t know if they have been trained the right way.

Because of my vast Chipotle expertise, I can confidently say this is the worst run store I've been to and maybe anywhere in California. The few times I've been there they've been out of something I wanted to order. This time it was the tea, but I didn't know until after I paid for my drink. When I asked a crew member in a polo (I think that means they're a shift lead or manager) if they had more in the back he said no. When I then asked what to do about it, he suggested I get a different drink? Like what different drink. I told him I don't drink that other swill and asked for a refund, but that was such a hassle to him that I just left with my $3 cup of ice. Two stars because it's still Chipotle, but do better.

We stood in line for fifteen minutes where the staff never attempted to address the clearly long line, there were 4 people on staff, so understaffing was not the issue. The woman was swinging a clearly dirty cloth from dirty water and flinging dirty water particles into the containers, then began scooping the dirty food from the line into the food containers. We then watched a guy come back with 4 new food containers and he dumped the full container of new cheese into the old container, which the woman staff member had scooped dirty food into, clearly contaminated. Which is against first in/ first out rules. At this point I didn't feel like potentially risking food poisoning and I left with my family.
