Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with one of your employees — a lady with short curly hair wearing a mask. When she asked if I needed bags, I politely said “yes, please.” She responded, “they’re at the end,” in a very rude tone. If I wanted to bag my own groceries, I would have used self-checkout. I’m paying full retail prices at a regular store, not at a discount or wholesale shop, so I expect at least basic courtesy and service. I’m a regular customer and usually try to avoid this employee because she’s been rude before, but tonight she was the only cashier available. If she dislikes her job or working with customers, perhaps a different role would be more suitable. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope this issue can be addressed so future visits are more pleasant.
