- PRPam RubrightNov 7, 20251.0On 11/7/25 at 12:20… I was checking myself out like I always do… all of a sudden I noticed two things pop up on the screen that I didn’t have in my cart.{ Two bags of Frito -chips} I waved the person over that was taking care of that area and showed him.He looked 3 times just to make sure I wasn’t trying to steal them or all of a sudden maybe he thought they would reappear.He took them off but the way he acted like I was trying to steal from the store.Which I do know people do that all the time,I’m not one of them people.Unfortunately after I get home and I was looking at the receipt over and spotted a bottle of mouth wash { Listerine Mouthwash} on it I didn’t have in my cart at the time I was checking myself out.Back to the store with receipt in hand ( 7 miles round trip ) I went to the first guy about it where it all began.He said maybe next time make sure the machine says open on it which it did like he was trying to blame me for what happened. So I went over to the help center to talk to a store manager but she was busy so a young gentleman came to help me and explained to him what happened and he said so you don’t have the mouth wash… I said if I did I wouldn’t be here wanting my money back. I love that store and a lot of good people work there.I wasn’t a happy person after all of that and it really bothered me how they made me feel as a human being.

- KKKara Burton (Karacentral)Oct 8, 20255.0Helpful employees, took time and care to help uncles in front of us to get packed and out to her car, employee in the liquor department helped my friend choose a non-alcoholic bottle, manager at the cash app also made sure that customers next in line were served first when moved over to an additional cash wrap… Store can get busy, but was not a problem today and appreciated everyone’s good vibes… Also doing gig work and delivery orders. Everyone is helpful and friendly and back to follow protocol and get the orders out quickly thanks Albertsons. Also, there is plenty of parking available handicapped or otherwise, but can get busy during events at Girsch Park park farther over to the side near the restaurants or there is parking and back and you can walk through the plaza.
