  They say life is about compromise but if I were to go about my life with the same compromise required to eat at this chipotle I’d have one shoe and no pants. I’ve yet to come here a single time where everything is available. For that matter I’ve yet to come here a single time and get all but maybe one ingredient. Like how… For this particular visit they were out of chicken, queso, fajitas, guac, corn, and lettuce. But on the bright side I got a nice small portion of steak(it was all the steak they had left). Luckily it still cost me 13 dollars. I feel like I just paid for a movie ticket but was told they were out of the film to play the second half of the movie. All of this to say I would not recommend.

  Have been a loyal customer to this store for years and ever since they hired the new manager (female) this store has taken a complete nose dive! She’s extremely rude, the employees look scared of her and she acts like the food comes directly from her paycheck. I got a kids meal and the side of chicken didn’t even go up to the half way point so I got a side of chicken and together just nearly filled the kids sized chicken. Smallest portion sizes, dirty and never wiped down tables, always out of things, and slow line. When I see her working I turn around and take my business elsewhere. Save your money and time!

  They routinely close their restrooms like 2 hours before the restraunt closes and they refuse to let paying customersnuse them. I had to piss so bad I went on the side of the building then came back in to eat...... Ridiculous.

  Service could be improved, the girl at the front making/starting the order just stares at you and waits for you to say what you want, no greeting or saying anything.. , when I got down the line to the checkout there were 4-5 employees at the front all talking to each other, the girl at the register completely had her back turned away and was talking to them. I'm keeping in mind that it also wasn't very busy the time I came in but you should at least be aware of your surroundings. The inside was empty but still had a lot of food on the floor, tables were not clean. Food tastes just like any other chipotle but almost every piece of chicken was charred/burnt making it not 10/10 for the price you pay. With how many employees the place had at the time and how not busy it was I feel like the place should've been cleaner.

  Response to the chat bot that replied to this review. To reply to Chipotle's reply which is clearly a bot. I ALREADY contacted customer service at that link. You didnt do anything about it except say "oopsie" GARBAGE customer relations i swear. __________________________________________ Original Complaint closed for 2 days ruined my 30min lunch breaks yet still let me place an order even when they were closed without notice. Then was told to contact customer service and they emailed me back basically just saying oh sorry we will forward this to the team.... no discount or anything to make up for the fails. Very dirty restaurant, slow staff, bad portioning and upon looking, has many osha violations Never going to chipotle again after that nonsense. Genuinely terrible in literally every aspect.
