I started eating it and it was ICE cold to the very bottom, nothing was warm, not the rice, beans, nothing. I took time to drive back to the store on my lunch break and tried to be super understanding ...I've worked many food jobs in my life. The employees obviously didn't care at all, didn't even get a single apology or mention of food safety with rice meat and everything basically feeling frozen cold. I've been on / off with Chipotle but I just can't justify being treated like an issue when I'm not willing to eat something that has been so poorly cared for or prepared and then being treated like I'M the issue when I just calmly mentioned 'hey this is cold, I'd like a refund' no mention of, sorry do you want something else ...they just clearly didn't give a shit. I'll def NEVER eat at a Chipotle again, $15 for a cold bowl and to be treated like I was doing a disservice by purchasing food or asking that it be lukewarm, absolutely ridiculous.
