  I ordered Petrillo’s online but was charged about $4 in a service charge (for what?). I still waited 15 when I was in the little area for pick up orders. The food was great and we also enjoyed a salad and chicken wings. There was 20% added for tip, but there wasn’t any service. I removed it. If I sit down and I’m served, I tip willingly. Please remove the added tip, it’s difficult to see when you’re online.

  Petrillos NEVER disappoints. We tried the canadian bacon pizza and the meatball sandwich. DELICOUS!!!!!

  spent $90 and the food arrived cold. not warm, but cold - when i called to complain i told them their website doesn't mention a third party delivery service like postmates. I asked for a partial refund due to the cold food, they refused. I did not ask for a full refund. Their food was also very basic for $90.
