- DDDanny Dot DotOct 24, 20251.0Waited at the driver through for almost 8 minutes and no one would take my order. It's supposed to be fast food, but I guess the memo never got to them. Their service in general is kinda bad, and with other burger places around. They are definitely not my only choice. Will I return? I'm 99% sure I won't.
- MMMichelleJul 20, 20251.0Wendys has always been awesome til today. Customer service sucked. The female at the window obviously hates her job. I asked for ketchup.. didn't get any. I didn't even get a straw for my drink. I hope the manager improves customer service from their employees who actually like their job and take pride. If not you have no business working with customers. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
