  It is so disappointing to see what Petrillos has become. You now order your food in the take out area and sit in an unmanned dining room. Only can sodas, no bread and butter. It’s very sad. I feel it’s only a matter of time before the doors are shut for good. An end of an era coming soon.

  Kid at the counter did not want to be there. It was slower than molasas and he kept putting people who called in on hold, if he bothered to answer the phone. Thank God I ordered online. Check that, they still got my order wrong. Asked for Canadian bacon & got bacon. I will concede the pizza was still good, just not what I asked for.

  Knowing how busy it gets during holidays, you have to have patience. This places get busy for a reason and never disappoints. Staff was amazing working very hard and appreciated their constant communication on status of my order.

  Past experiences here were great to have a nice family dinner. They totally changed the entire experience to a picnic type experience. You now order from the Togo counter nextdoor, then take your order to the old dinning area pop your boxes open, beer bottles and coke cans hopefully find paper plates and napkins it they have available. The paper plates don't go very well the salads or pastas. It's really lost its "my favorite place" atmosphere. It's like eating at the park except a nicer dine in room. The owner came out and apologized,which I understand times can be hard but COVID hurt many places, remember that we, the customer fought to bring back our restaurants and they did with higher prices "granted" everything went up. Things are over with covid currently,I haven't see any of these places lower their prices. We now have to eat picnic style with the same full service pricing. The large antipasto salad I ordered was skipping missing the roasted red peppers and less deli meat, I just hope they don't close. I drove a long distance to be disappointed with this chessy idea they're still at the top of my list for Italian, the owner hard working and great guy i hope it works, if you do try this place be prepared it's no longer a place to impress anyone with the setting.

  So I just picked up my pizzas and I was going to take pics of the pizzas but I couldn't resist the aroma!!! I ordered their Petrillos Specialty and my all time go to... Pepperoni, Sausage with extra cheese! If u ever had a favorite place for pizza, put them aside just one time and go see Mike at Petrillos in Glendora! They have a authentic good Italian flavor u can't resist. I've been a fan of Petrillos since mid 90's from their San Gabriel location. Same EXACT flavor and great great great people who are caring preparing this AWESOME food! People say u can taste the love and care when people cook, well Petrillos is a perfect example of that. Give them a chance and you will regret! Everyone at the Acura dealer loves Petrillos! Happy Holidays to all! Oh btw.... all of Petrillos pizza sizes are one size larger than any other companies. Ex: Petrillos medium is equal to anyone else's large. So value is awesome!
