  I had a very disappointing experience at the Pacific Ave Glendale Subway location. When I walked in, I said “hello” three times. The employee working there did not respond at all. She kept her head down preparing multiple online orders and never acknowledged me as a customer standing right in front of her. I even asked if she was working alone, and her response was simply that she was busy with online orders. There was still no greeting, no “welcome,” no “I’ll be with you shortly,” nothing. I stood there for about 10 minutes waiting, and not once did anyone acknowledge my presence or ask what I wanted to order. This is basic customer service. Even a simple “Hi, I’ll help you in a moment” would have made a big difference. I understand online orders can be busy, but that is not an excuse to ignore customers inside the store. If this location is understaffed, management needs to fix that immediately. If not, employees need proper customer service training. Honestly, I was shocked. I’ve visited many Subway locations before and never experienced service like this. Even in small shops in developing countries, customers are greeted more professionally than what I saw here today. I feel bad for the manager or owner of this location because service like this damages the reputation of the Subway brand and the business itself. This location seriously needs improveme

  My husband went to pick me up a sandwich at this subway on Pacific, but when he arrived, the door was locked and it looked closed, which was weird since it is 7:30 pm and their hours say they close at 10:00 pm. My husband finally sees a woman sitting inside and tried to get her attention and ask if she's on her break, since he was willing to wait. The woman tries to ignore him, but he is persistent and she finally somewhat acknowledges him but just looks like she shouts something and gets back on her phone. Terrible customer service. I guess that subway doesn't need the business.

  Nice and clean location. Parking available in the shopping center. Open 24 hours. Nice seating with good views.
