I requested a refund from the store, but they denied it and did not take any responsibility. :-( My response to the store's response: The card that I purchased from your store had been physically tempered prior to my purchase. The card's claim code was scratched out in a way that we could no longer read what it was. Clearly a criminal took this card off your racks, tempered it and put it back on your racks. I then purchased this tempered card, a clerk in your store activated the card and I am the victim! I don't understand how Amazon is responsible for this. Who knows how many other gift cards on your racks have been tempered? How many other victims are out there? Update after one week from the store's response below: I contacted them using their official website as requested, but I have NOT received any other response. Lip service only?
