The staff is overwhelmed at this store.Because it is grossly understaffed.This is not the staff's fault.This is the fault of corporate.So please give these workers a break because they need it. Pictured is one of the lines that usually forms towards the end of the evening as the store is closing at around 11 PM. This happens because corporate decides to schedule only one cashier for the entire store. At closing. If it were not for that, I would give the stor 5 stars

The seafood counter is chronically unmanned -- I've often waited over ten minutes or more for a person to even arrive to take my order. The checkout stands are deliberately understaffed -- only one cashier line open, with nine or so completely abandoned, lines stretching to the back of the store. I suppose this is to encourage customers to use the self-checkout, but you can't buy beer or wine at the self-checkout, so interminable wait in line it is! And the cashiers don't seem to appreciate how long the lines are, and don't seem to be checking people out with any kind of urgency. The management of this store clearly thinks only hiring a skeleton crew to work during busy shifts is an acceptable way to save a few bucks, customer service experience be damned. And the worst part is that they give YOU attitude when you try to offer constructive criticism about how the customer experience is being impacted by their poor management and understaffing. I've continued to shop here because it is near my house, but no longer. I will gladly drive a few extra blocks to spend my money at one of their many competitors in the area. Avoid this place like the plague.
