I don’t know what you have to do with a chicken thigh to make it dry but they did it - excess of gritty spices on dry meat does not make for a good meal. Fresh vegetable salad with simple vinaigrette was good but cabbage and beet salad was swimming in oil and inedible after first couple spoonfuls. Wont order again.
