He told me we should “only order directly from this store.” Instead of helping, he quietly cancelled my order and claimed he “didn’t receive a notification,” even though I had a confirmation. Even worse, during the same visit I saw this employee eating directly from the main food trays that are meant for customers. He was putting food into his mouth with his bare hands. This is extremely unprofessional, unsanitary, and unacceptable for any food business. Management should address this immediately.

They messed up and tried to blame it on “new regulations” even though I had ordered the same thing the previous day. My usual foot long that I PAID FOR got turned into a six inch? It does matter how you explain it, ordering a foot long flat bread does not turn into 6 inch flatbread.
