    My friend and I decided to grab a late night snack, and when we got there, the atmosphere was immediately unsettling especially because the one guy working had a really off demeanor. He seemed out of it and was barely speaking. We proceeded to order one cheese sticks to go, and the total came out to $11.60. When I tried to tap to pay, it said “transaction not approved,” even though I had money on my card. I tried again and the same thing happened. My friend tried too and her transaction was also declined. I tried explaining that it must be the machines, but he was very unresponsive and didn’t care at all. I ended up pulling out cash, and he only asked for $11 instead of $11.60, so where did the 60 cents go? That was a red flag. We paid and went to wait in the car, but the vibe felt so off that we decided to go back in and cancel the order. Earlier, I saw him start making the order through the window, and when we came back inside, I noticed he wasn’t wearing gloves. Disgusting. I told him we needed to cancel the order and luckily he gave the cash back. I noted he gave no receipt or signs of a formal transaction. We ended up going to a different location, and the same exact cheese sticks were $9.87, so why was he charging $11? I genuinely believe he may have been ringing things up incorrectly and declining card payments so people would pay cash that he could pocket, or simply because he didn’t want to deal with customers. Overall, please stay away from this location. The vibe was horrible and the customer service was worse. I’ve never felt so weirded out at a place before, so glad me and my friend decided not to eat there especially after reading the reviews!

    Never ordering at that location ever again. Tried to immediately cancel an online order but the employee kept hanging the phone up on me. The 1800 customer service was no help either. No call back , no email , nothing. Just horrible.

    Honestly this place is just rude they tend to talk with them selfs more they to pay attention to customers and when they do they become angry and upset and then on top of that they take forever to make a pizza and ones its dont its in the warmer even tho they know its ur pizza thay wont let u know at all until u ask what happen to my pizza no one has called me for it this place is lazy and food is not so great

    I am writing to formally report a serious issue at one of your locations. My recent order—a large pizza and cheese sticks—was completely unacceptable both in quality and in the level of service I received. The pizza was not cooked properly, not cut, and had an excessive amount of cheese and sauce. I have photos documenting the condition of the food. It was inedible and unfit for sale. When I called the store to request a refund, the individual who answered was rude, dismissive, and ultimately hung up on me after saying, “Come back tomorrow.” It’s unreasonable to expect a customer to return the next day with uneaten food to prove a point. I believe the same employee also handled my order and payment in person. He barely spoke English, ignored repeated requests for plates, peppers, and cheese (I asked five times), and showed no sense of professionalism or care. This experience demonstrates a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and basic food service standards. I am requesting an immediate investigation, a full refund, and for management to address the conduct of the employees involved. Please confirm receipt of this message and advise me on how this matter will be resolved. I am prepared to dispute the transaction with my bank if this is not resolved promptly.
