The employee on duty told us that they were already closed. When we mentioned the stated closing time, he did not provide any explanation and asked us to leave McDonald’s. We don’t understand why we were refused service during official working hours. Please look into this situation. Thank you.

The initial guy (was new and kind) but was being talked down to horribly. When he asked me if I had a drink I said yes (I did a mobile order) and his trainer, started complaining out loud asking for a receipt and yelling at the poor kid to ask for receipts. Yall should be thankful that someone with good manners works there. Maybe take some notes.
