I parked in the customer parking lot and explained to the parking attendants (Oscar and Carlos) that my wife was going to the office building while I was going inside to eat. Despite that, they threatened to have my car towed, even after I said I could show them my receipt. They also claimed parking is limited to 15 minutes, while the manager (Mika) inside told me 30 minutes, and the sign clearly says 1 hour. Oscar and Carlos were extremely rude. My family and I used to have breakfast and lunch here regularly, but after this experience I will never come back. Very disappointed with the service and the way the parking is managed.
