    I ordered, waited 20 minutes, went up to where mine was, they said there was nothing, they wrote off the money from me, they just didn't give a damn about me.

    Every time I came to this location it’s always filthy. Tables chairs every aspect of this place is just filthy. And it’s not even like they’re super busy or anything.

    I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s today, and I want to specifically mention the manager, Jessica. My order was three hash browns, one sausage burrito, and a sausage egg McMuffin. First problem: when I picked up my order, they only put two hash browns in the bag. I caught it right there and they corrected it. When I got home, I realized there was no ketchup, which was already frustrating. Then it got worse — when I unwrapped my sausage egg McMuffin, there was a white hair inside the sandwich. I called the store, and they said they would replace it. When I went back, they handed me a small bag with my “replacement.” I got home again, opened it, and found out they gave me a regular sausage McMuffin, not the sausage egg McMuffin I originally ordered. I called again, and they tried to claim they had asked me over the phone what I wanted — which never happened. The correct item was literally printed on the receipt. They should have checked it. Overall, this was extremely frustrating: missing items, a hair in my food, and the replacement still being wrong. Very unprofessional service from both the staff and manager Jessica. I hope this location improves its quality control and communication.
