When my family got there, all tables were already arranged for a group party. I told one of employees ( I think she was the owner) that I have a reservation and she immediately told me my family need to seat outside. I asked why didn't you contact customer ahead of time (I used open table app) but employyes didn't care and only focus on setting up tables for the party. My family had to leave, and we were so pissed. yeah you care large group more than small family becuase they spend more money, but remember you just ruined someone's end-of-year dinner plan. Dont make an excuse, I was not walk-in customer, but made a reservation for seating indoor specifically.
