The guy who delivered my order did not even say sorry to me after 25 minutes. There were only 5 customers waiting at that moment. One of them gave up and made his decision to get his refund. REALLY? Come on, Five Guys, you are serving FAST food like that? In n out can easily beat you at half of your price within 10 minutes.
