Many were smoking, spitting, and standing directly near the entrance, which made it uncomfortable to even walk inside. As a woman alone, walking past a tight group of five men blocking the doorway did not feel safe. Inside, there was constant crowding from delivery pickups. Drivers repeatedly moved through the dining area, brushing past customers and creating a chaotic environment. Outside seating was also occupied. The overall atmosphere felt disorganized and unmanaged. Customers should be able to park, enter, and eat without feeling uncomfortable or pushed aside. Management needs to take better control of the situation.
