From the moment we arrived, staff were dismissive, made inappropriate comments about accessibility, and seemed unwilling to accommodate basic needs that should be standard for any customer. Despite clearly explaining the situation, we were repeatedly ignored or redirected in ways that made it difficult for to participate in a normal dining experience. What was most upsetting was the lack of professionalism and respect. At no point did we feel welcomed, supported, or treated with dignity.
