As soon as my wife and I walked in, he just sat there staring at us, not greeting or helping - just watching in a really unsettling way. It made the whole visit feel awkward and uncomfortable. What's worse, even some of the staff mentioned that he's not a great manager, which really says something. You could tell the team didn't seem happy either. For a place that's usually fun and welcoming, this was just disappointing. We'll definitely be contacting the district office about this. Management should make guests feel welcome - not creeped out.

But this time I got the waitress that always for some reason doesnt ever come up to me or ask if I need anything. Sat there for 30 mins only offered a drink and no menu. They only care about their simp customers. I always tip, but today I did not.
