  So I have lived in Glendale for 51 years. The last time I went into Nordstrom was when they had the old location before Dicks Sporting Goods. I looked up from the street and it looked nice inviting. I had a 100.00 gift card to Nordstrom. I don't shop there the prices are ridiculous. I will buy the Chanel or Dior perfume. I wanted to go to the restaurant. Give the servers and the bar my money. I had cash on hand for a tip. I was invited to sit down while they checked the gift card. It happened to be happy hour about 4ish? I walked from Macy's to the store to avoid paying Americana Parking. I am disabled and walk with a cane. I was in a bit of pain at this point and planned to order dinner with a happy hour appetizer. Unfortunately the "Manager?" explained that they didn't know if the card would work. She then asked me to get up walk back across the store to the elevator go back to the 2nd floor and find a "Customer Service Department" who could switch the card to be used in the restaurant. At this point I said Thank you, told them I would go check it out got up and walked back to the elevator. I had ZERO interest in trekking back to the restaurant. So they lost my buisness right then. I found a sales person. They ran my card on the machine which gave a balance of 100.00. I explained the situation in the restaurant. The gentleman looked at me like " what am I supposed to do about it?" He then suggested i trek back up stairs to the restaurant. To tell them it works fine and since the restaurant is owned by Nordstrom it should work fine. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Why am I the customer playing this game? In a store that charges 125.00 for grey sweatshirt with the Logo "a thug needs to get paid") Same sweatshirt better quality in LL Bean 50.00. Do you all train tour staff to be fashion bunnies and stand around folding sweaters? (The male with the chest hair while sporting a V neck sweater with the faint smell of BO) At this point I have to ask. Do you train your staff to be oblivious to needs of the customer. I took my cane and knee pain and walked out. This is embarrassing! Does your staff know how much it costs people just to go shop there? I promise all the young kids don't have the cash. That is who is hanging at the Ebar. What should needs to happen is have a staff that leaves their restaurant or better yet pick up a store phone..and figure out the situation instead of asking the customer walking with a cane to run around your stupid store! Would it come back to Verde? Maybe..but this time dressed differently. Perhaps I will be treated better. I walked over to Cheesecake Factory who I also had a gift card for and spent the whole 50.00 plus my cash tip for the servers. Verde your Host and servers were fine. But the shift lead or manager..She made the wrong call. You all lost money because of it. The food smelled and looked nice at other people's tables so I imagine it is good. Sorry not sorry. Do better.

  I’m a big fan of Ebar, so I’ve always wanted to try Nordstrom food. The atmosphere is great, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They genuinely want to ensure you have a great experience, which didn’t disappoint. However, the food wasn’t exceptional. I prefer their Ebar salad, and the burger was just okay. But the fries were really tasty. Overall, if you’re looking for a quiet and reasonable place to eat after shopping in Americana, I recommend this place

  Leuk dakterras. We kwamen hier lunchen tijdens een dagje shoppen. Zeer vriendelijke bediening. We deelden enkele gerechten. Super lekkere chicken taco's en margherita flatbread!!! De calamari shrimps waren niet zo lekker, kon beter.
