- JLJavier LunaApr 21, 20261.0I was next in line when a couple cut in front of me I let them know I was next the general manager decided to help them out before helping me out both the manager and the couple who cut where armenian. Onto of that there was a lady was a Hispanic lady trying to pay with cash before he started helping the couple instead he started helping the couple and made the older lady walk all the way to her table instead of having her pay with cash at the register he started helping the couple in. The previous manager was Hispanic and never treated anyone differently it's unfortunate to see this happen to an establishment thats been here for decades

I asked the manager on duty, if I may dine in, and bring my soda to drink with my meal. He said NO. I then got it to go! After all, I was spending a little less than $20 for dinner. The bathrooms, however, were not as clean as we had hoped, and there was ample parking available. Overall, we believe Pollo Loco delivers excellent meals at a good value in a clean environment, making it a worthwhile choice for a quick meal.
