Supervisor wasn’t any better when I went all the way back for my items. Seriously went downhill, I used to love this place

I travel from Northridge since my mom lives in Glendale and boy is it a treat to have it. They could work on the friendliness and efficiency and not be so distracted socializing and pay attention to online orders. But other than that great job. I cannot find another pollo loco this good honestly.
