  Absolutely ridiculous experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. We walked in to check in and were immediately told strollers are not allowed. Our baby was asleep from the car ride, and instead of any understanding or flexibility, we were basically turned away. What makes this even worse is that we’ve been here before with a stroller and had zero issues. So which is it? This kind of inconsistency is unacceptable. It feels discriminatory, poorly thought out, and completely anti-family. We didn’t even get seated and ended up leaving. Honestly, we won’t be coming back. Do better.

  Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings for this massive serving of fried pickle sauce. I only wanted to dip like 3 pickles anyhow. In other news. This place has NEVER prepared a single order for me on DoorDash without issue. Shame on me for still trying I guess.

  I was sitting nearby and couldn’t help but notice how the host was treating customers. Another guest ended up arguing with him about his attitude, and it was clear he was uninterested and impatient. Even the table behind me said they felt the same way and were planning to leave a review. Seeing that two other people have already shared similar complaints, I decided to leave mine too. Management really needs to pay attention to this because the host’s behavior is unacceptable and makes the experience uncomfortable for everyone

  I was sitting at a nearby table at Wingstop and couldn’t help but notice how terrible the host was acting. He seemed completely uninterested in helping customers, had a bad attitude, and made the whole experience uncomfortable to watch. Other guests were clearly frustrated too, and one even called him out on it . As of now, while writing this review, I’ve seen that other guests have left negative reviews mentioning the same issues, so it’s clearly an ongoing problem. It’s disappointing to see someone in that role treat customers this way. Whoever was managing around 6:00 PM really needs to address this, because it makes the whole place feel unprofessional.

  Terrible experience at Wingstop. The service was extremely slow, and the host at the front was especially bad, showing no sense of urgency or professionalism. We and other guests were talking about how poor the service was, and we even saw another customer complain about his attitude right to his face, shout out to that customer for standing up. Clearly, it wasn’t just us noticing the problem. One customer had to wait over an hour just to receive 5 orders of wings, which is completely unacceptable for a fast-casual restaurant. There was no communication, no updates, and no apology for the long wait. The server, however, was nice and polite, but the overall experience was still frustrating due to the poor front desk service and long wait time. For whoever is overseeing things today around 6:00 PM, this level of service needs to be addressed. If you don’t like your job, maybe it’s time to reconsider. Definitely not what you expect when you’re just trying to grab a quick meal. I won’t be coming back anytime soon
