My pastor went in and met with the Assistant Manager (latino gentleman) and he was SO RUDE to my Pastor. Would not even shake his hand when he extended it to greet him. Needless to say the conversation was brief and not helpful at all. Customer service was not his priority and I will be writing to corporate.

I get life is different and we’re all going through some crap, but honestly I always get the same cashier and she’s always MOUTHY AND COMPLAINS ABOUT EVERYTHING! I put my groceries on the conveyor belt and she said “ did I say you could put your crap on there” I said didn’t know I NEED PERMISSION. She then went on to say this is my register and I do things my way. She started to ring up my groceries and she tossed canned goods in on my fruit, eggs and bread. Put chemicals ( Ajax) in with my lunch meat and cheeses. After she did such a bang up job it was time to pay. I had already told her twice I brought my own grocery bags and she said no I didn’t I said they’re right next to you. She said well I’m not re-bagging your stuff that I SHOULD DO IT MYSELF! I said BETTER YET IM NOT PAYING FOR YOUR ATTITUDE, YOUR LACK OF COMMON SENSE AND ALL THE BS YOU JUST CRUSHED. I said have fun putting all of this away and explaining this to management why another person left your register in a pissed off mood! NEVER STEPPING FOOT IN SAFEWAY AGAIN!!! Thanks KAREN YOU REALLY KNOW HOW TO DO YOUR JOB WELL!
