  Every time i go there something is wrong with my drink and when i tell them they give attention and are very rude and i always have to wait a minimum of 1 hour for my drink.

  Dutch Bros finally came to Gilroy and maybe if I haven't been going to locations in the valley and up north for years. One visit in line I got skipped and the drinks were weak. The other times I didn't get skipped but, the drinks have been consistently weak. My wife ordered a latte it was literally all milk and had next to no coffee in it. We haven't been back since. Don't plan on going back to that location. Too bad for us because I was looking forward to having location close enough to get my fix regularly. Though I'm not a Dutch Bros customer who is trying it for the first time and accepts whatever comes through the window. I'm sure my bad review will not hurt business and is not my intention. I want the franchisee to know your product is currently sub par. I want corporate to know the consistency that you strive for is not currently being met. The staff at the window is nice enough, in the lanes, not so much, and maybe it's growing pains. My level of expectation is just different when it comes to this brand

  Store was open for another hour and would not take our order. The person at the window allowed a bunch of people (multiple groups) to stand in line only to finally tell them “oh I can’t take your order”. Multiple people walked up once we walked away and the same guy didn’t say anything to them but watched them get in line and ignored them. Really frustrating and poor customer service. Will not be going back to this shop. Luckily we don’t live here. But disappointment as we have a 3 hour drive and ahead of us and couldn’t get the drinks we wanted.

  The drive thru experience is always bad. Today I was the last in line for like 3 minutes with no car behind me. And the girl taking the orders I’m pretty sure she noticed that. Than after a few minutes of being last a car pulled next to me and the girl went straight to the other car. I told her that I was there first and she replied she has to do a Zig Zag order when taking orders. That’s not fair because I was trying to get a drink before going to work and I took extra time to avoid situations like these. I talked to the manager and all she said was “I’m Sorry”. Employees at the drive thru should have more common sense. I’m a regular customer and this always happens.

  This is my absolute favorite coffee spot as there are so many sugar free drink options. We travel here from San Jose almost every weekend. However, the atmosphere is not the best. The music is SO LOUD that they have trouble hearing our order. Also, the place is always super busy so when they call out your name, you can hardly ever hear it. I’m not sure why they don’t understand that their music is too loud and kind of a mood killer sometimes.
