- NANereida Acosta2 days ago2.0Probably one of the worst Dutch locations I’ve been to. It’s a given lines will be long, but for some reason this Dutch is long and never moving. I’d rather go to Hollister at this point. Unfortunately all the times I’ve gone the vibe of the staff is not it. Staff does not seem happy and that doesn’t help with the long wait times even when there are only 5/6 cars. Also the drinks I order aren’t made consistently. I order pretty much the same drink and it tastes a little different each time. Hopefully in the months coming they get it more together.

- JUJo UOct 29, 20251.0Came on the day they were handing out Halloween pins, was told when we placed our order they still had them in stock and that we would be getting them with our drinks. Saw the workers hand their friends HANDFULS of pins minutes before our drinks came out most likely so they can resell them most likely. But when we got our drinks they are supposedly out. Somewhat annoying as we were excited to see the pins and actually keep them, not be scummy resellers trying to flip them for $20. Workers obviously handing bulk to their friends so they can scalp a few bucks. There was more than enough pins to give us ours for our drinks, but their friends who ordered 2 drinks right in front of us got probably 10 pins

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

While third-party businesses may offer delivery, Dutch Bros itself doesn't. We believe you'll get the highest quality drink and best experience when you swing by one of our locations!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
