- JRJasmine RodriguezJan 2, 20262.0I just went today around 4pm and it was my first time at this new location but was honestly disappointed with the customer service. The barista who took our order made us feel like adding soft top to our drink that we forgot to ask for at first was such an inconvenience. We asked before even paying for our drinks so she was still able to edit the order. Also, once we got our drinks we weren’t given straws so we went back to ask for straws and that also seemed like an inconvenience her.

But they were barely warm and weren’t even mildly hot. Taste was also unlike other Dutch bros locations. Terribly disappointed after spending $20+. Don’t waste your money and time here, not worth the drive thru wait.

I still remember the incredible energy, the genuine connections, and the way the staff made every guest feel welcome. That upbeat, lively atmosphere is what made Dutch Bros special. Unfortunately, this particular location hasn’t lived up to that standard. The energy just isn’t there — the team doesn’t really connect with customers, and the vibe feels flat. On top of that, the drinks are frequently made incorrectly, which is disappointing, especially after waiting in such long lines. And still, I continue to return because I’m optimistic every single time that the experience will be better. I know Dutch Bros is capable of amazing customer service, because I’ve seen it for years. I truly hope this location invests more time in training their employees, or hires staff who genuinely want to be there — not just collecting a paycheck, but contributing to the environment that once made Dutch Bros stand out. A little more enthusiasm, attention to detail, and real connection would go a long way in bringing this store up to the Dutch Bros standard I’ve always loved.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

Can I purchase Dutchwear apparel?
We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
