If you order an hour before they close, when you show up to pick up your order, they'll be like, we don't have this, we don't have that. Don't worry we'll send a refund to your account -- never happens (I don't even think it's possible for their staff to do this). The app makes it impossible to request a refund as well. Look at this sad large guac I got recently too. I've been getting store bought packaged chips from them recently too, it's hilarious. Staff are just chit chatting and doing a shitty job while preparing your order. This went from one of the consistently best chipotle locations I visitied to the worst.
