  How is it that at 12:30.... lunch time, that this location is out of everything except barbacoa and they barely had any of that. The gal had to go in the back to get a different spoon to scrape what little was left on the bottom of the pan. And then to top it off they have no problem selling you a drink but not letting you know that their ice machine is broken and thoughtit was funny. Completely unacceptable!! Do better.

  I ordered Uber Eats from this Chipotle to be delivered to my house. I picked my toppings include sour cream, cheese, guacamole, etc. What I got was a BASIC bowl without ANY OF THE TOPPINGS I ordered. No cheese, sour creams, Guac, etc. And honestly that would’ve been fine if the bowl was its normal portion and didn’t look like it was HALFWAY EATEN. Like the bowl looked like someone STOLE half of it and then delivered it to my house. There as almost NOTHING there as the photos will prove. I contacted Uber Eats for a refund and they said they couldn’t do anything because the portion size was decided BY THE STORE. It’s crazy how anyone could decide to sell a bowl that’s not worth $10 let alone $17-20. I’m not sure who’s behind this but this is ABSOLUTELY NOT a place to order takeout from. This entire experience has soured me so much I don’t even whanna buy in store anymore!!

  Very disappointing experience tonight (Saturday, March 7 around 7: Several basic items were already unavailable (chicken al pastor, corn, lettuce, sour cream) and they were basically serving whatever was left in the containers. Only one employee seemed to be running the entire line, making burritos and ringing people up while a line of 5–6 customers formed. When I asked for a side of red salsa, another employee told me to ask the same employee who was already extremely busy running the line. A moment later the salsa was simply tossed onto the counter instead of handed to me. The soda station had no ice, the area was messy, and the trash cans were overflowing. This location clearly needs better management and support during busy hours. If I had known the experience would be like this, I would have without hesitation driven 15 miles out of my route to the next Chipotle.
