  Dutch drinks! Sticker drops. Merch drop. Awesome broistas! My go to is White Zombie Chai w/ Almond Milk. Delicious!!! Vast menu plus they can make any drink in so many different way! Just ask!

  Absolutely horrendous walk up service, I have been waiting over 30 mins for my drink. The drive through line is getting while walk up orders have to wait. Do not make a walk up order here. Edit: took 40 mins to get my walk up drink. Absolutely trash location, don’t go here

  I completely forgot to look at the reviews before coming here. I ordered four drinks on the app because I was curious about this place. I placed my order, and the app showed me that it would be ready in 30 minutes. Everything seemed perfectly normal. Thirty minutes after I placed my order, I arrived to pick it up. I was waiting for the huge "crowd" to thin out because there was no line, and nothing was organized in this place. If you haven't been here, there is a window where you are supposed to pick up your drinks, but you can't get to it because everyone there is upset because everyone there has been waiting for 45 minutes to one hour for their drinks, so everyone is next to the window hoping their drinks are next. I made it to the window and the lady said to me in a very calm way, "30 to 40 min thank you." I don't know about you, but I don't think waiting one hour for coffee is worth it. No biggie, I understand the place was busy. Just give me a refund, and I'll go on my way and maybe check it out another day. Well, get ready for this one: they don't give refunds. You need to contact "Dutch Bros" by email to request a refund, and to me that was the last nail in the coffin, so I'm not coming back. I lost almost two hours of my day. I didn't receive my drinks, and now they want to keep my money for at least a week? (I will update you guys to let you know how long they actually take to refund your hard-earned money.) All I keep thinking is, who is running that place? Look at all these bad reviews.

  Every single time I come here, the service is extremely slow. They dont seem to care about getting people their drinks. It just seems like they wanna talk to each other. I've been coming several times since they first opened and had hoped it would improve over time but it hasn't. I'll just go to other locations where I can actually be served.

  Worst. Dutch. Ever. Music way too loud. Everyone has their face half way in the window as if their order is coming out next. Can't here order ready calls over Usher blasting so loud you can hear it from Salinas. Ordered 15 min ahead. Waited another 20 min when I got there. Still no drink. Left because it wasn't worth the hassle for a coffee
