  Do not patronize this location. Service is horrible, ordered a barbacoa burrito and noticed he was making a bowl instead. Told him I wanted a burrito, he instead offered to give me a tortilla and that I could wrap it myself. Unbelievable! To top it off all the tables were filthy. Avoid at all costs!

  My family and I came in March 28th at 9:15pm and they had run out of beans! Then my sister wanted steak and they gave her the burnt pieces and refused to make a new batch. Mind you they had an HOUR before to make extra! To make it worse they didn’t put ice in the ice machine. And when we asked politely if we could have ice they said okay but took our cup, put ice and still didn’t refill the machine. I understand if we had come in at 9:50pm but there was enough time to make TWO BOWLS!! All the employees had ugly stank attitudes.

  I ordered Uber Eats from this Chipotle to be delivered to my house. I picked my toppings include sour cream, cheese, guacamole, etc. What I got was a BASIC bowl without ANY OF THE TOPPINGS I ordered. No cheese, sour creams, Guac, etc. And honestly that would’ve been fine if the bowl was its normal portion and didn’t look like it was HALFWAY EATEN. Like the bowl looked like someone STOLE half of it and then delivered it to my house. There as almost NOTHING there as the photos will prove. I contacted Uber Eats for a refund and they said they couldn’t do anything because the portion size was decided BY THE STORE. It’s crazy how anyone could decide to sell a bowl that’s not worth $10 let alone $17-20. I’m not sure who’s behind this but this is ABSOLUTELY NOT a place to order takeout from. This entire experience has soured me so much I don’t even whanna buy in store anymore!!

  Very disappointing experience tonight (Saturday, March 7 around 7: Several basic items were already unavailable (chicken al pastor, corn, lettuce, sour cream) and they were basically serving whatever was left in the containers. Only one employee seemed to be running the entire line, making burritos and ringing people up while a line of 5–6 customers formed. When I asked for a side of red salsa, another employee told me to ask the same employee who was already extremely busy running the line. A moment later the salsa was simply tossed onto the counter instead of handed to me. The soda station had no ice, the area was messy, and the trash cans were overflowing. This location clearly needs better management and support during busy hours. If I had known the experience would be like this, I would have without hesitation driven 15 miles out of my route to the next Chipotle.
