- JJJoshApr 1, 20261.0I waited a long time for them to open the restroom, I waited a long time to pay at the register, and I waited a long time to get the correct change. The service is terrible, and they obviously couldn't care less. When I was asking for ketchup, the cashier continued to walk away even though she said okay. I don't understand why it is okay for businesses to treat customers so poorly now. They cut costs so drastically that staff cannot keep up. It is not the staffs fault. It is the owners policy.

After I order it took like 10 minutes to pay and get my food. Then I got my food it was so salted that I couldn’t eat the fries.
