She appeared to hate even assisting with the minimal tasks required at self-checkout, and her behavior made the interaction very unpleasant. It’s frustrating to see an employee showing such hostility toward customers when the role is meant to provide support. If she dislikes helping people to this extent, it raises the question of why she is in this position at all. Her conduct was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and reflects poorly on the store. I strongly encourage management to address this issue with her directly, as her attitude makes customers feel unwelcome and may drive people away. August 25, 2025 evening.
