For context, there was only 2 people working, the cashier and another person in the kitchen. My cousins and I ended up waiting over 30 minutes and ended up walking out. (We tried to get his attention or at least some acknowledgement of us, but he didn't even look our way) I understand that there was only 2 people and that they were taking orders from the drive-through, but learn to acknowledge the customers if they're at the cash register. I ain't coming back after this experience.
