We were seated at our table and warm little conchas were brought to us. The server took our order and eventually the drinks arrived. Temperature was cold inside. The strawberry concha combo with country potatoes & sausage was tasty. Donato, our waiter was polite, attentive & a hard worker; he was the only waiter attending 8 tables!

It's a busy atmosphere and the staff does not welcome you nor will you feel welcomed, you'll feel rushed. I did take out on my last visit which took about 30 to 40 minutes, items were missing and I had to wait longer for my order to be corrected. If they fix their customer service experience the restaurant will be much better
