I will no longer be coming to this location because of the rudest most unprofessional manager that i've ever encountered. Her name is supposedly Nelly, which I'm not sure because she didn't want to give me her name at first. I will now be driving to a further location to avoid wasting my money here. My pick up driver called me to notify me and put the worker on the phone , I was asking questions about possibly substituting the items and she was extremely rude . I understand that the mobile ordering app I used is a third party and there's situations out of our control . I asked for the workers name and she refuses to give me her name. Her customer service was horrible. Its disappointing.
