  I wanted to highlight that the person working the food line did an amazing job managing a long queue by himself. However, it appeared his team was not assisting him efficiently. Furthermore, the cashier lacked a welcoming attitude and was quite slow, which made the service experience poor despite the food worker's great efforts!

  They need to pay more attention to cleaning every time we go, the floor and tables are dirty.

  This place is filthy there must be no management caring for the location. the food area is grossly dirty, grill is dirty, dirty dishes pulled up. Restaurant itself dirty tables, fountain area dirty no napkins or utensils. Not a presentable location staff aprons and hats are dirty. Staff are friendly however great burrito artists. The chicken burrito was ok meat tasted old.

  Chipotle did it again, honestly I try my best not to come here, the people who work here are extremely rude. Today 01/09/2026 My daughter & went, I ordered 2 bowls 1 burrito the the food prepared put it about 4 tablespoons of rice a pitch of steam pitch of cheese on the burrito I didn’t say anything then she started making the other bowl still pitch of this and that I said I want half chicken half carnitas, this silly lady removes 4 pieces of chicken from my bowl throws it in the trash because she said I had to pay extra for chicken I’m looking at her like omg I don’t want to make a scene so I kept it moving, Now it’s time to pay it’s a rude women she literally throws all my salsa sour cream in the bag and just pushes the back towards me, at this moment I had to say something I asked for the manager whom was very professional and nice I told her what happened an apology she tells me she’ll speak with the workers. Does this only happens to me Chipotle charges so much move and they get upset when you ask for a little more rice or any of the things. I think the cashiers name was Jessica and the food prepared lady also unknown but she had red braids hair. Go at your on will heads up they are rude
