  Collin the chef & crew; Anthony the Architect & Desi the Artist went to support the westminster Police department in a meet & greet with a free cup of coffee ☕️ . Been coming to this Mac Donald's for at least 25yrs even ditch a couple of classes when I was attending westminster high back in 2000-04 never had a problem with service other than I miss the old layout with the playground. But yeah great customer service👍

  The guy who working in the pront, didnt care about the customers orders properly seems very lazy. i paid for my food. But when i open it i noticed there was only three chiken wings, but ordered legs & breast. The staff should be well-awared of customers orders.

  Very disappointing experience. The manager and cashier provided poor customer service, and the food was cold and not fresh. Overall, it was a very unpleasant visit. I would not recommend this location and suggest others be cautious. It’s no surprise this place has so many bad reviews. Asking customers to leave feedback doesn’t mean much if nothing is ever done to improve the situation.

  I am writing to share a concern regarding my recent visit to one of your McDonald’s locations. On January 14, 2026, at approximately 11:58 a.m., I visited McDonald’s restaurant #616 (KS#2, Side 1), located at 9852 Westminster Ave, Garden Grove, CA 92844-3694. I specifically requested fries with no salt. When I asked if this request could be noted on my receipt, the manager informed me that it would not be added. She identified herself as the manager during our interaction. In the past, I have experienced situations where requests for no salt were overlooked, or the fries were re-cooked but still came out salted. I was hoping that having the request clearly noted would help avoid this issue. Unfortunately, my concern was dismissed, which left me feeling disappointed. I truly appreciate the hard work of restaurant staff and understand how busy things can be. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it may help improve communication and consistency when customers make specific dietary requests. Thank you for taking the time to review my comments. I value McDonald’s and hope future visits will be more positive.
