The environment was very nice. Guests were just there to enjoy a good meal which we all aspire to do when we eat out.

Decided to check it out and it has a playground with outdoor seating nearby, a family photographer, $8 kids meals that come on a crab plate. This is probably THE most kid friendly restaurant around. Queen crab and other fried foods were tasty.

The peel-and-eat shrimp had almost no flavor, and the seafood boil looked thrown together with very little sauce. It did not match the quality Joe’s used to be known for. The service was also poor. Our server, Maria, did not check on us, and we had to ask another staff member multiple times for assistance. On top of that, we were told the dish machine was down, which seemed to affect the overall experience, including missing items like crab crackers and proper plating. Overall, the food quality, service, and attention to detail have gone downhill. Prices have gone up, but the experience does not match. I will not be returning unless major improvements are made.
