Nowhere on the signage did it state that these offers were digital coupon only. Once paid & realized the full price. My mom politely asked if she could have the price adjusted. My mom & I were directed to an employee named Killian. Unfortunately, Killian attitude was extremely rude/unprofessional. She stated, “You must have the app — no exceptions. We get a lot of tourists in this area." Inappropriate response! Being a tourist does not excuse unclear/ misleading pricing, nor does it justify poor customer service. Clear signage is the store’s responsibility & be more understanding for those older customers who don’t understand technology.
