- KAKitty AntixMay 31, 20251.0Its 9:45am and they're not open!! I've been standing here for 15 mins and the lady inside keeps putting her hand up saying "5 mins." ITS PASSED 5 MINS. What's the point if saying your open at 9:30am when the doors aren't open. This is annoying, frustrating and very UNPROFESSIONAL. GET IT TOGETHER SUBWAY It's NOW 9:54AM . You guys are supposed to be open. Its passed your opening time. I COULD HAVE GONE TO A DIFFERENT SUBWAY IF YOU JUST TOLD ME YOU'RE NOT READY YET... I HONESTLY COULD HAVE GONE TO A DIFFERENT SUBWAY... BUT YOU KEEP TELLING ME YOU'LL BE OPEN FROM INSIDE .. PUTTING YOUR HAND UP saying "wait" I EVEN ASKED YOU... IF I SHOULD JUST GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION IF YOU'RE GONNA NEED TIME TO OPEN... COMMUNICATION WOULD BE NICE!!!
- RBryan bMay 23, 20251.0The reviews are true. Probably should be lower. I walked in at 9pm and ordered a subway club. Then the staff tell me they are out of lettuce and bellspepper. No mayo. I asked for a bag, sorry, out of bag. Asked to use the restroom. Out of order, but no sign posted.
