Instead of a properly charbroiled ribeye steak, it seemed more like a cheap NY Strip that is quickly seared, undercooked cut with a burnt exterior. It did not reflect the quality I experienced here before. To be clear, our server was excellent, attentive, professional, and got everything right on his end. This issue was clearly from the kitchen. When you are paying premium steakhouse prices, you expect consistency and proper execution. Unfortunately, the meal missed the mark in both preparation and quality. I dont enjoy leaving negative reviews, but its frustrating to be charged top dollar for food that doesnt meet expectations. I hope this was just an off night and not a reflection of a broader decline in standards.

Best of luck to the togo person but they didn’t know the menu. After all that to see the portions that you guys give. Unless they changed it I thought chicken came with 2 sizes asked for double broccoli clearly in the photo you can see it’s one , and if that is 2 sizes then dang. The entree chicken ceases salad that is $21 dollars is literally a side ceaser. So disappointed, will definitely not come back anytime soon. Good luck 👍 . Not worth the price or the hassle
