On January 14, 2026, at approximately 11:58 a.m., I visited McDonald’s restaurant #616 (KS#2, Side 1), located at 9852 Westminster Ave, Garden Grove, CA 92844-3694. I specifically requested fries with no salt. When I asked if this request could be noted on my receipt, the manager informed me that it would not be added. She identified herself as the manager during our interaction. In the past, I have experienced situations where requests for no salt were overlooked, or the fries were re-cooked but still came out salted. I was hoping that having the request clearly noted would help avoid this issue. Unfortunately, my concern was dismissed, which left me feeling disappointed. I truly appreciate the hard work of restaurant staff and understand how busy things can be. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it may help improve communication and consistency when customers make specific dietary requests. Thank you for taking the time to review my comments. I value McDonald’s and hope future visits will be more positive.
