I specifically noticed a few trainees who kept their cool despite customers being rude and unprofessional. It’s disappointing to see guests yelling over slight delays. We need to remember to treat service workers with respect—they are working hard to feed us. To the team: ignore the noise and keep up the good work. Your effort was noticed and appreciated! 4 stars on atmosphere, mostly due to the tension from some impatient guests. A little more kindness from the crowd would have gone a long way!
