They charged you for everything, a glass of water (I thought by law, they can only charged the customers if they served water bottles. But to go in to eat they have to give customers free tap-water, no?) But they charged $.50 for water. We ate there and ordered fried sweet rice & chicken for togo, and they even charged us $.50 for the togo box. Wth...it was my first time & will be my last.

Such a huge fan of the chunks of garlic they put on everything we ordered— so flavorful and the ribeye with garlic sauce and bo luc lac were both cooked to medium perfection. The garlic chicken wings were crispy, flavorful, and the salt and pepper on the side created such a great bite.
