It is adequate for the purpose, but it is obvious that cleanliness and maintenance are not priorities. Sunday afternoon, 1 o’clock-ish, no paper towels, soap almost empty, fixtures falling off the walls. So, okay, but not reassuring in a restaurant situation, where you want to know that the employees value clean hands!
