This is what they gave me: only half the drink. After I park on the lot I got out of my car and went to ask why I only got half the cup, they replied that it was because I ordered with no ice. So I told them I'd like to add ice then and they proceeded to give me a cup of pure ice to fill my drink. To me, this is unfair because I paid for a large drink, not a medium or small one. Even when I added the ice, my glass wasn't full, and this also made me late for work. I FELT SCAMMED, SORRY DUTCH BUT YOU LOST ME ON THIS ONE

- MPMillena P.Jan 31, 20264.0Dutch Bros has been popping up more in SoCal. This is the closest location to me. I only visit supply chain coffee shops on occasions. Mainly when they offer coupons/promotions. Parking: There's a large parking lot surrounding this location. Finding a spot can be easy because their drive-thru is always packed. Ambiance/Environment: Just like any other Dutch Bros location, it is only a quick grab-n-go. There is no indoor or outdoor seats. They have a drive-thru that is constantly packed, even during night time. They also have a window where you can walk up and order. Service: Every worker I've encountered is nice and knowledgable about the menu. They were able to answer every question I had and even offer recommendations. Despite it being busy, throughput is quick. Drinks: The menu can be overwhelming and may seem repetitive. My go-to is their most popular Golden Eagle. It's decently sweet, and their espressos are good. Unlike other supply chain coffee shops, they actually make their espresso shots by hand. Majority of their drinks are overly sweet. I'd suggest an extra shot. I've never tried their rebel drinks or energizers. I love trying their seasonal coffee. They offer new drinks for almost every holiday. Pricing: They offer three different sizes. Prices are as expected from a supply chain. Highly recommend downloading their rewards app for points, coupons, exclusive offers, and birthday treats.
- SWSoden WJan 27, 20262.0By far, the worst Dutch Bros I’ve been to. I actively drive out of my way to go to another location if I can. Traffic management is generally an issue. From baristas providing inconsistent instructions on where to line up for the drive thru to allowing cars to cut others. I’ve ordered online well in advance for pickup and still waited 20+ minutes after it was meant to be ready. Drinks are as expected, but service at this particular location is not up to the standard I’ve seen at other locations.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
