  El or L and the manager on duty were super nice and helpful. I messed up my order and they fixed it with no problem. Their customer service was great and I’ll be coming back for sure.

  Poor tasting food Long wait times Stingy with their sauce Dry wings Only got 1 ranch for 20 wings didn’t check till I got home Wings didn’t have flavor and were blend so the ranch helped with adding flavor

  Today I arrived to pick up an order for a fleet service provider. This young lady was on the phone taking care of a customer but prolonged the call. Once I asked for the order she replied asking to confirm the order and show her my phone. Typically restaurants are provided with a tablet where they can see drivers activity but this wasn’t the case, restaurant doesn’t have one. She tried to keep the order once confirmed in our system. It is obvious that many restaurants don’t train employees properly and learn service providers protocol and our updates in the app, but most importantly, independent drivers constantly complaint disrespectful behavior and lack of professionalism from employees/ managers. Drivers are also customers servicing your customers. This incident has reported to our service providers to hopefully correct this behavior across this location, but from what I see in other reviews there are many complaints from previous customers. I have decided to block restaurant for future pick up orders at the moment.

  Un servicio pésimo con 0 personas preocupadas por su labor , muchas personas esperando y a nadie le incomoda somos muchos los clientes esperando por un tiempo excesivo es una lástima que tengan una puntuación tan baja siendo un restaurante tan reconocido.
