  I was in a hurry to catch a flight. All they had to do was toast the bagel and even that wasn't done right. Burnt badly half of it... didnt realize till I ate some (with both pieces together so it was hidden for a while) and tried to eat more as I was starving on plane but tossed it due to taste. The employee should've known better seeing it was burnt and start over even if it took a little longer. Do it right the first time... Seen this way too much at minimum wage places lately putting badly prepared food out the door and damaging brand value. First time time trying them and likely last with so many local bakeries around.

  I’m CRAZY for Einstein bros!! As an on the go truck driver, I can appreciate a good, quality bagel and Einstein has GOT it. The employees are always extraordinarily friendly and polite. The camaraderie between the team members is truly palpable. Everyone going a million miles an hour to serve up delicious bagels but always willing to help each other out. Truly amazing. 5/5 stars!!!

  A great place to grab a healthy (ish) lunch. The team were friendly, food was fresh and the location was clean.

  I’m a regular, so much so that the staff recognizes me. I love coming here, with that being said I have witnessed one of the employees raising his voice at his coworker. I thought maybe they were the manager but I felt uncomfortable witnessing it. I want to continue being a customer but I don’t believe anyone should have to endure a work environment like this. I went back and found out his name, it’s Ernest. Please fire him, I would like to go back and enjoy my bagels in peace.

  Very disappointed. The bagels were smaller than other Einsteins. And really did not taste the same.
