  Cashier was rude! We didnt even get what we ordered. Drink or sundae. The lobby was a little busy but no excuse for the rude attitude.

  Lucky me I live 5 min away from here…. Sadly service is so bad today was the worse idk if the ice cream machine was broken but I got this banana split with no cherriws and not the regular soft serve ice cream….. huge actitude plus waited 15 mins smh sadly

  Pretty disappointed. As mentioned in another review, I was not greeted at all by staff when we came in. I wasn’t even asked for my order, the man at the register just walked up and looked at me. When I mentioned I had a mobile order, he walked away to get it, but didn’t acknowledge it either. The most he said was “it’s in the bag” when I asked about one or the items. Normally I’d assume it was a rough day but it sounds like it’s not a one-off occurrence. Unfortunately the food didn’t make up for it. Upon opening our order to eat, both burgers were room temperature and the cheese was not melted at all. The only reason I am giving this location 3 stars is our side items were hot and fresh. We had fries and onion rings, they were both good. Disappointing especially because we had to drive quite a distance to get here!

  Honestly disappointed. Not only did this location choose not to participate in Dairy Queen’s Cone Day (which is kind of the whole point of going), but after looking into their recent health inspection, it makes me question the overall quality here. They may have technically passed, but there were still multiple issues noted, including cleanliness problems (grease and buildup in food areas), gaps in the facility that could allow pests, and plumbing concerns that could lead to contamination. If you’re going to skip something as simple as Cone Day, the least you could do is make sure the place is spotless and up to a higher standard. Definitely not the experience I expected from a Dairy Queen.
